Operating rules

• After arrival to the hotel, a guest shall prove his identity by a valid identity document (identity card or passport); without submitting any proof, the guest cannot be accommodated.
• Accommodation is carried out every day from 2 to 5 p.m. A different time can be agreed on by appointment.
• The price for accommodation is paid by the guest according to the current pricelist just after arrival. Then, he shall obtain a room key and a key to the entrance door.
• Rooms are equipped with bed sheets, bedclothes, towels, and toilet paper – all included in the accommodation price. Rooms occupied for a week are usually cleaned up at the midweek and towels are changed once a week.
• NO SMOKING in the entire building!!!
• In case a guest does not arrive and does not occupy the pre-ordered accommodation unit within 24 hours from the booking, we charge a cancellation fee that equals 100% accommodation price, so the accommodation itself is cancelled without any compensation. This shall not apply to the particular case when a guest announces later commencement of stay by telephone or in writing in advance.
• NO SMOKING in all hotel areas! In case someone violates this ban, fire alarm runs the siren and calls the fire fighters unreasonably. Secondly, it is not allowed to replace any appliances or intervene in the electricity network without hotel management permission.
• For safety reasons, guests are allowed to use only their own electric appliances which serves to personal hygiene (i.e., shavers and massagers, hair dryers, etc.), as well as personal computers, and camera and mobile phone chargers.
• Our guests are expected to keep the hotel and its surroundings clean and to exercise care of its equipment.
• It is not recommended to leave children unsupervised in a room or in other hotel premises for safety reasons. Their parents or the supervising person bears responsibility for any possible damage caused by the child. Guests are responsible for their own safety.
  
• Hotel is not responsible for the things brought by guests, neither is any damage on the items left compensated (jewels, money, and other valuables).
• Dogs and other small pets can be accommodated by agreement in advance only, supposing that they do not disturb other guests and do not damage or pollute hotel equipment during the stay.
• At the time from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. guests are asked to keep the peace at night and to behave respectfully towards other guests even in the daytime.
• Damage caused to the hotel property is to be reported to the reception and the costs are to be paid by that particular guest who is responsible for it.
• At the end of the stay, guests shall hand in the key and leave the room to the authorised person until 11 a.m. unless there is a different agreement. In case guests lose the key we shall charge them a cover of 1000 Kč. If a guest does not leave the room appropriately and is not present, hotel reserves the right to clear out and retain his belongings in the presence of two hotel representatives in order to get the room prepared for the next reservation. In such case the guest will be charged one more day of stay.
• Guests are obliged to follow these operating rules. In case of rule violation, the hotel management has the right to withdraw from the accommodation agreement before the expiry of the agreed period.
• Complaints about the quality of service provision are can be sent to the hotel management, which deals with all guest proposals for the service improvement.
